1 Peter 4:10-11 ESV “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. ADORATION: 

El Shaddai, All Sufficient One, praise You for Your infinite supply to meet every need! You own the cattle on 1,000 hills. You spoke the worlds into existence and hold them now by Your mighty word of power. There is no lack with You! You are the Master of the Household, managing all things in order and perfect balance.

REPENTANCE: 

Forgive us for forgetting that nothing is impossible with You! Forgive us for failing to trust You with our needs and turning to things for satisfaction which can never truly satisfy. Forgive us for poor stewardship of the resources and opportunities You have entrusted to us.

1. Pray for those in North America and the Caribbean to cry out in humility for forgiveness for chasing money, careers, and entertainment. Cleanse our culture of being stuck in the “rat race”.
2. Pray for the church to awaken from its cultural lullaby and break free to serve Jesus in boldness.

ESTHER MOMENT:

Luke 19:13 “And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.”

God entrusts to us time, abilities and resources to steward wisely and diligently, until He comes again.

• As steward, inventory your time, abilities and resources asking God to show you any ways you are failing to “occupy” well. Ask Him to empower you to make any changes needed.
• We all represent large spheres of influence which are part of our stewardship responsibilities before the Lord. How can you stand in the gap on behalf of others that God would meet their needs? Ask God if you can be the answer to some of those needs and then take appropriate action today.
