“For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”

ADORATION: 

Jehovah-Ra’ah (The Lord My Shepherd) you deliver, lead, protect, and provide for us, just as a shepherd cares for his sheep. It is for freedom You have set us free. Praise You for Your sacrificial love for us!  [Psalm 23:1]

REPENTANCE: 

Forgive me when I have used my freedom as an opportunity for indulging my selfish, sinful nature. Forgive me when I fall back into bondages from which You already delivered me. Help me use my freedom to glorify You and to serve others in love.

1. Pray for believers to emphasize and obey the Word of God in Nepal and across all of South Asia! 
2. Pray for unity amongst the believers to rally around the Gospel and the Great Commission.

Hebrews 12:1-2 “Therefore, since we also have such a large cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us. Let us run with endurance the race that lies before us, keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured a cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.”

Ask God to free you from any weights that slow you down or any sin that entangles you.

• Remind yourself of the joy set before you and let the weight of any struggle rest on Jesus.
• In your freedom in Christ, look for costly ways to serve others today.
• Is there someone with whom you can share this freedom in Christ?
